Reporting Concerns

If you have any problems or concerns regarding your electricity supply, please contact your electricity retailer.

If your concern is regarding the service you have received from Eastland Network Limited, then phone us on (06) 869 0700 and we will endeavour to fix the problem or reach an acceptable solution.

Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme

We are members of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme and abide by the following process:

  • Once we receive your formal complaint, we have 20 working days to find out what went wrong and try to fix the problem.
  • If after this period we have not reached an acceptable solution, you may decide to take the complaint to the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner. The Commissioner can be contacted at:
